When people ask what kind of church Redeemer Bible Church is probably the best description is that we are a non-denominational, reformed baptist church that loves the Lord Jesus Christ. We value expositional preaching, we sing hymns as well as modern songs with a focus on songs that have rich theological content, we take the Lord’s Supper weekly, and we encourage our congregation to meet with each other throughout the week and to reach out to their friends and neighbors to proclaim the gospel.
What time are your services?
We have our regular corporate worship service at 10am. We also have a mid-week Middle School and High School ministry called Youth Leadership that meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 7-9pm throughout the school year. Youth Leadership is a ministry of Cocolalla Lake Bible Camp in partnership with local churches.
What do I wear?
Redeemer Bible Church is a fairly laid back congregation. Most people wear jeans and a t-shirt although some dress up a little more.
Where do my kids go during church?
We love kids of all ages and enjoy having them in the service with us! We do have a small area in the back of the sanctuary that has a changing table as well as toys for toddlers to play with. We also have clipboards in the foyer with paper and crayons for kids to draw during the service. On the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month kids ages 4-8 are welcome to attend an optional Bible story time across the street during the sermon. Kids are dismissed at the beginning of the sermon and led back and forth by adults.
Am I expected to give?
While we encourage our members and regular attenders to give to the church as part of their worship to the Lord, if you are just visiting or still trying to figure out if Redeemer Bible Church is a good fit for you we welcome you to simply be our guest.
